John and Paula are former healthcare executives and entrepreneurs now transitioning their efforts into Outlaw Trails Ranch. The property is nestled in scenic McElmo Canyon which used to be visited by outlaws such as Butch Cassidy and the Wild Bunch gang. McElmo canyon is also close to Mesa Verde and Canyon of the Ancients. This wonderful equestrian venue and ranch is a perfect location for equestrians and farmers/ranchers.

This is the second ranch that John and Paula have invested in, the first being in Ridgway, Colorado. Although Black Canyon Stables is a beautiful specialized equestrian facility; this new adventure allows for more growth, more livestock and more agricultural development with plenty of space, water and better climate.

Both John and Paula enjoy riding, working on the property and developing a long term business.
